Approach temperature creeping up?

Your chiller is working harder than it should and it's usually tube fouling or scale. Send us your evaporator and condenser readings (water in/out temps and refrigerant saturation temps) and we'll tell you where the heat transfer is being lost.

Scale builds up quietly and cuts efficiency long before anything breaks. Snap a photo of your cooling tower fills, basin or condenser tubes and we'll identify the scale type and how to remove it safely.

Brown water, flaking pipes or rust in the tower basin can mean corrosion is eating into your system. Take a clear photo of the inside of your cooling tower or the affected pipework and we'll assess how serious it is.
